We underwrite income-producing property in Santo Domingo rather than spreading across markets. Our mandate is deliberately narrow.
Santo Domingo only
We invest in the capital's established commercial and residential districts, including Piantini and Naco. We do not underwrite resort or coastal development.
Income first
We acquire tenanted buildings with existing rent rolls. Value comes from operations and selective repositioning, not from speculative land or ground-up construction.
USD denominated
Commitments, distributions, and reporting are in U.S. dollars. Assets are held under Dominican law through local ownership structures.

Distribution payments appear here once your sponsor records them. The register is read-only.

Files your sponsor has published to your offering, including tax documents when they are made available.

Sponsor updates and notices for the offerings you hold, shown when you load the portal.
Scoped Access
You see only the offerings you hold a commitment in. Access is checked on every request, server-side.
What Release 1 does not do
So there are no surprises after you sign in.
- Accounts are created by invitation from your sponsor — there is no open sign-up.
- Subscription documents are signed offline; your sponsor records the outcome in the portal.
- MeridianVest never moves or holds funds. Capital is wired directly to your sponsor.
- Tax documents appear only after a sponsor publishes them; none are generated by the platform.
- Updates appear when you load a page. There is no live streaming or push notification.
How access is controlled
Specifics rather than badges, so you can hold us to them.
Server-side checks
Your role and the offerings you may see are verified on the server for every request, not in the browser.
Signed sessions
Session cookies are cryptographically signed, so they cannot be edited to impersonate another account.
Recorded activity
Changes sponsors and administrators make to records are written to an activity log.
Transport is encrypted in transit over HTTPS. MeridianVest is not a custodian and never holds investor funds.
